Anaerobic/Microaerophilic Application Microaerobic Workstation

Microaerobic Workstations

ตู้ปฏิบัติงานและควบคุมสภาวะสำหรับงานเพาะเลี้ยงเชื้อภายใต้สภาวะเกือบไร้ออกซิเจน

A range of workstations with precise control of oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, humidity and
temperature – ideal for the study and isolation of microaerophilic organisms such as
Campylobacter spp, Helicobacter pylori and other similarly fastidious organisms.
Ideal for the isolation and study of fastidious organisms.
  • A rapid, 12 litre airlock that can transfer 40 plates in only 60 seconds.
  • Intuitive colour touchscreen interface with PIN-code protected user access levels.
  • Ethernet-enabled for remote access to touchscreen.
  • Data download facility that allows you to record workstation parameters and download stored data in seconds for traceability and reference.
  • This workstation can also be specified with the Whitley HEPA Filtration System.
Variable atmosphere and an instant access port.
  • Optional removable front (with instant access or traditional sleeved ports) to enable the transfer of larger batches of samples or pieces of equipment for use inside the chamber.
  • Built-in rapid airlock allows the transfer of plates in just 60 seconds.
  • Colour, touch-screen control panel for ease of use and for visual display of parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airlock cycle status.
  • Reminder to perform calibration can be set for between 7 and 21 days.
  • Save time with the automatic commissioning cycle.
Two chambers and two airlocks for a variety of applications.
  • Accommodates up to 1,200 x 90mm Petri dishes.
  • Data download facility that allows you to record workstation parameters and download stored data in seconds for traceability and reference.
  • Removable front as standard on the right-hand half of the unit to facilitate the transfer of bulk samples or larger pieces of equipment for use inside the workstation.
  • Colour, touchscreen control panel for ease of use and for visual display of parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airlock cycle status.
  • Ethernet-enabled for remote access to touchscreen.
  • Comes complete with custom-designed trolley.
  • Automatic commissioning cycle to save you time and resources.
A variable atmosphere workstation with a 30 litre airlock.
  • Each porthole also acts as a mini-airlock so you can transfer up to 10 plates each time you insert or withdraw your arms, so reducing airlock cycles and gas usage.
  • Colour, touch-screen control panel for ease of use and for visual display of parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airlock cycle status.
  • Optional refrigeration unit available if you are working with organisms that need low temperature incubation or storage conditions.
  • Reminder to perform calibration can be set for between 7 and 21 days.
  • Automatic commissioning cycle to save you time and resources.
A huge microaerobic workstation that 2 people can use at the same time.
  • Two oval ports enable you to work gloved or bare handed.

  • Optional Whitley Internal HEPA Filtration option.
  • Automatic commissioning cycle to save you time and resources.
A microaerobic workstation with extra height and depth.
  • Two patented oval ports enable you to work comfortably, gloved or bare handed.
  • Rather than use off-the-shelf HEPA filters, DWS has worked with one of the world’s leading filter manufacturers to develop a filter specifically tailored to suit this workstation.
  • Levels of atmospheric cleanliness inside the workstation exceeds the requirements of ISO 14644 Class 3 (equivalent to Class 1 of the US Fed Std 209E Cleanroom Standards and exceeds the particle counts attained at rest’ (without an operator) of Grade A as set out in the GMP Guidelines). We can provide test results confirming particulate levels inside the workstation.
  • Fitted with a fan that circulates the internal atmosphere continuously – contributing to even temperature distribution and ensuring any internal particulate will be in motion.
  • A removable front enables the transfer of larger batches of samples or pieces of equipment for use inside the chamber.
  • Colour, touch screen control panel for ease of use and for visual display of parameters such as temperature, humidity and airlock cycle status.
  • Other options to tailor the workstation to your requirements include: single sample entry system; cable glands; shelves and data logging.
A huge workstation with HEPA filtration.
  • Four patented oval ports enable you to work comfortably, gloved or bare handed. With two sets of ports, two researchers can work in the chamber side-by-side.

Whitley AtmoGen

เครื่องปรับสภาวะภายในโถบ่มเชื้อ
Rapid generation of atmospheric conditions in jars.

● A single microaerobic cycle is completed in just 19 seconds; a single anaerobic cycle takes just 1 minute and 55 seconds (not including catalyst check), and a single capnophilic cycle takes just 3 seconds.
● A full colour touchscreen control panel allows intuitive selection of parameters.
● Easy to use, so no complicated operator training is required.
● Capnophilic option available.
● Can gas three jars simultaneously (with the same atmosphere).
● Adaptor kit available to enable the use of existing jars, including a variety of gas jars from other manufacturers.

Anaerobic Jars

โถบ่มเพาะเชื้อ
Sturdy jars for simple culture of anaerobic and microaerophillic organisms.

Two versions are available:

  • a 9 Plate Jar with a 3 litre capacity
  • a 48 Plate Jar with a 10 litre capacity

The first stackable anaerobic ‘jar’ from DWS.

● Completed boxes can be stacked on top of each other for incubation, saves space in the incubator.
● Both lids and bases can be nested for storage.
● Use with the Whitley Jar Gassing System or as use with gas pack.
● a 12-14 x 90mm Petri dishes or 5 x standard multi-well plates.
