● Previously unavailable on a workstation of this size, Whitley Workstations are the only workstations to provide automatic early warnings about the status of the anaerobic atmosphere and catalyst function.
● With a wide selection of options available, the A25 can fulfil the needs of any laboratory requiring a compact anaerobic workstation.
● A versatile instrument, the A25 can also be used as a microaerobic workstation by simply connecting the relevant pre-mixed gas.

Two sets of oval ports.

● Accommodates between 1,000 and 1,400 x 90mm Petri dishes (depending on whether plate  carriers are used and which accessories and system options have been  incorporated).
● Removable front as standard on the right hand half of the unit to facilitate the  transfer of bulk samples or larger pieces of equipment for use inside  the workstation.

A fixed front workstation with a huge 36 litre airlock!
  • The airlock, with powered internal door, provides effective sample and equipment transfer in the fastest possible time whilst ensuring the minimum amount of oxygen is introduced into the chamber.
  • Dual gas operation to minimise running costs or order the TG version to further reduce costs.

A 4 port workstation with a huge 36 litre airlock!

● Each porthole also acts as a mini-airlock so you can transfer 10 plates through each time you insert or withdraw your arms, so reducing airlock cycles and gas usage.
● With dual gas operation, this workstation is very cost-effective but a TG (three gas) version can also be specified to further reduce costs.
● With the HEPA model, levels of atmospheric cleanliness inside the workstation exceed the requirements of ISO 14644 Class 3. Proof of atmospheric cleanliness can be provided on request.
● Available with fully integrated Anaerobic Conditions Monitor with data download facility.

A huge, double workstation perfect for accommodating a variety of laboratory equipment.
  • Two removable fronts to enable the transfer of larger batches of samples or pieces of equipment for use inside the chamber.
  •  Patented oval ports enable you to work comfortably, gloved or bare handed. Each port includes an isolator switch so that you can use one port at a time, if required. The fact that there are two sets of ports means that two researchers can work in the chamber side-by-side.
  • Colour, touch-screen control panel for ease of use and for visual display of parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airlock cycle status.
  •  Two new options are available: a rotating turntable (up to 3 per shelf) to hold up to 80 x 90mm Petri dishes; and the movable platform to facilitate the movement of heavy items of equipment inside the chamber.

Whitley AtmoGen

Rapid generation of atmospheric conditions in jars.

● A single microaerobic cycle is completed in just 19 seconds; a single anaerobic cycle takes just 1 minute and 55 seconds (not including catalyst check), and a single capnophilic cycle takes just 3 seconds.
● A full colour touchscreen control panel allows intuitive selection of parameters.
● Easy to use, so no complicated operator training is required.
● Capnophilic option available.
● Can gas three jars simultaneously (with the same atmosphere).
● Adaptor kit available to enable the use of existing jars, including a variety of gas jars from other manufacturers.

 

Anaerobic Jars

Two versions are available:

  • a 9 Plate Jar with a 3 litre capacity
  • a 48 Plate Jar with a 10 litre capacity

● Completed boxes can be stacked on top of each other for incubation, saves space in the incubator.
● Both lids and bases can be nested for storage.
● Use with the Whitley Jar Gassing System or as use with gas pack.
